Wasn't law paper of may 16 unfair? hope the results are not!

Dear Messi, glad that Sfm paper was easy for you

Kudos for your efforts

I have not complained about Sfm paper bcoz i know that my preparation for Sfm was not upto the mark.

So i accept that it is my fault that the paper went tough for me.

However, what i am saddened is about how inspite of putting so much efforts and practice i was not able to write the Law paper.

I feel that the institute has the right to set tough questions, but they must give a fair chance for the students to complete the paper and also give appropriate marks as per their answers (which i personnaly feel is not being followed)

law was though and I don't see a point in asking questions which involves dates , turnover limits , I mean which CA doesn't refer to books or other materials when necessary, they should check the intellect not the mug up capacity

Very true , one hand they tell that we must not mug up,

and on the other, they frame questions which require a lot of rote learning

After looking at papers set for last 3 attempts
Institute is making LAW paper like ISCA
all we have to do is to mug up..
ridiculous..

excellent eye opener on law ppr completely agree..everything is so vague when it comes to ppr pattern marks etc..and if the cut off thing is followed then its a sad thing coz no1 deserves to get low score in a ppr than otherwise is meant to coverup for other things..neway all the best guys!!!
