i m in my final year..having my exam in nov 09...
at present i m doing articleship from porbandar but now i want to go ahmedabad for study and for completing my remaining period of articleship..
i want to transfer to ahmedabad at my sister home .. so is it possible to get transfer???
i have a confusion becoz i want to transfer at another city without my parents...so is it possible??
pls help me!!!

NO AS PER NEW REGULATIONS OF ICAI U CAN NOT TAKE TRANSFER IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS OF ARTICLESHIP.

Dear kavita,
As per new ICAI's circular dt march,27th 2009 u cant apply for transfer duing last 12 months of articleship and without transfer of of ur parents.

YES U CANT TAKE, BAD LUCK WHO WANT TAKE TRANSFER, ITS NOT FAIR WHAT HAPPENING TO CA STUDENTS.....WILL HOPE BEST FROM NEXT PRESIDENT.......IF HE DO SAME THING, THEN I LL BECOME PRESIDENT AND DO THE THINGS IN RIGHT WAY....................
