I qualified in May-06 since then i am serving the industry but now i want to start my own practice can anyone help me to find out the ways to find the clients ( income tax ) , please also suggest is it possible to establish if i do not have any family back ground for practice...
In my opinion, u should first engaged yourself with a CA firm for atleast 2 years, then only u can learn how to grow own practice.

i agree. initially if u start on ur own, it will be difficult to convince clients. build a name for urslf by workin in a firm & thereafter set up ur own practice.
Better you join a partnership firm with some other partners and it will help u grow your practice.

I am also qualified in My2008 exam and going to complete articleship in feb 2009. i ALSO WANT TO GO FOR PRACTICE and to join a good firm having overall exposure is better than to join industry or big 4s
