want to save 1 year nov 2010

hi

my self rakesh lahoti doing articleship registered on 10 nov 2008 yet to get confirmation from icai.

i want to join pcc to ipcc.  how many attempts does this ipcc has. in case i  fail to clear the 1 attempt in 2009 nov.

it is known that we have to pay 6000 rupees additional it is for what.

as i have registered for the articleship will i have to register again after passing 1st group.

can we write 2nd group while doing articleship.
