sir it is advisable for you to approach a ca frm for your company registration, as you will visit a ca for helping you out din no, form 1a and form1 authorization. so it will be easy for you to hire a ca firm. the cost for registering  a pvt ltd co will be around 15 to 18 k.

You need to have a  DIN number.

You need to get a name.

It is recommended to consult a CHartered Accountant.

Registration of company is online process and you have to get the forms certified by a practicing professional either he may be a CA/CS/CWA.

These are the steps involved in registration of a company

1. Apply for DIN (If you dont already have a DIN)

2. Apply for company name approval

3. Prepare MOA & AOA

4. File Form 1, 18 & 32 for incorporation of company

you can get your company incorporated within 8-10 days provided the ROC will not ask you for any clarification.
