Hi Rashmi ,
Firstly i suggest you to just see in online on all ca related websites where you will get the rules and procedures on the subject. Also you can see through the regulations.
Now in my opinion theres not much you can do now since one year has passed by except if you are eligible to take a transfer on ground as specified under regulation 56 (1). For eg transfer based on medical grounds , shifting of working parent to a place exceeding 50kms from your current place etc. So now unless you satisfy any such criteria you cannot take a transfer.
One option other than this is taking a transfer by opting to do industrial training. So personally i would suggest get some influence find some industrial training which gives you ample of leaves for your final examinations and apply for the same.
One last point if you intend to take a transfer under regulation 56 then make sure you have everything sorted out coz your principal would certainly find some issues in the same and deny transfers.
Lets see what others have to say on this.
