want to know about the eligibility of pursuing ca inter as i had completed my foundation and b com way back in 1995 and articleship in 1998

hi this is vidhu and as mentioned in my title i have completed my foundation in 1994 and b com in 1995 and approx 3 years articleship training in 1998.and left it in between, i do want to complete my studies again and go for inter exams can anyone help me out that if i am still eligible to complete the same, or i have to get myself register again????????

please help me
