Want to complaint against my principal

I want to make complaint against my principal as he have not paid me stipend from the date of my joining. Also the working hours of the firm are 42 hours in a week and as per icai norm working for more than 35 hours can not be made a normal practice. Also my principal have tortured me mentally. I went to collect my gmcs certificate and for that i took a leave as i did gmcs from other city .but for the same i didn't gave a prior intimation. I apologized for it many times. He have not allowed me to come to office since last 15 days and yesterday he suddenly asked me to take transfer. Also this is my second year so on which ground will they give me transfer . i want to know if this step should be taken by me or not. I feel exploited and handicapped due to rigid rules of icai. I want to know that will jurisdiction favour me or not.

well....u can make a written complaint anf if your case is strong...u can get some relief....but the state of students is very sorry..infact its like this all over...kamjor aur powerless ki koi nhi sunta...however...i wud suggest try other avenues before this step...reason out with him and if he's admant, try and take transfer...mental peace is of atmost importance and exams are more important...sab ki ek hi kahani h ...students ka dard koi nhi smjhta..i wish I cud guide u  but m not aware abt the exact mechanism...but trust me in one thing...days dont remain the same..good days will come...have faith and all this will pass like a bad dream...god bless!

if he is not allowing u to join now. think wat environment is der wen u rejoin. if u think u can handle it, den rejoin otherwise its better u take transfr. take advise frm seniors. hope for good.
focus on ur goal do not distract. u got good suggestion from 'the battle', try move out silently frm der, it save ur time & energy, many r suffering like dis, read articleship conditions carefully again it wil help u to take good decision.

hey.

Under my opinion if discussions are not solving the problem then its better to tske transfer than file complaint as it will an unecessary torture and pressure on you .

Decide well before acting.

Sir but it is my second year . on which ground should i take transfer and i can not change my city
You can take transfer at any time with permission of your principal and since in yout current dilemna he himself has urged you to take transfer its much better for you to move on to better pastures. Without permission u cannot take transfer unless you are moving city. Better to take permission in such situations. I will check the official wordings and post it in a while

The link contains the bare words as written by icai.. U have the option of complaining but that should be absolute last resort if nothing else works. Hope this is of help to you
