When you amend the partnership deed it can be termed as a supplymentary deed. It is nothing but an agreement and the stamp duty applicable to ordinary deed shall apply in the abscence of extrordinary fact situations in your case. For stamp duty consult the concerned state stamp act and the schedules attached to the act.
