Dear sir/mam,

I want to know that i want to purchase a new car .,Please guide me in which name i can purchase this on my individual name or on the name of my firm . I want depreciation of my this car without any tax complications. Please suggest me ?

if you are proprietor then individual

if you want to claim depreciation, then in your name (if the business is proprietary concern) or in the name of partnership firm
