want 2 noe dat r d attempts counted wen v go fr d job??

hi guyz i m a ipcc student n my attempt is in nov 2009...i want 2 noe dat if i give only group1 in nov n grp 2 in may10..wil it b counted as a 2nd attempt??..though i hv filled examination form only fr grp1..
