waiver of late fees

whether notification regarding waiver of late fees on GST returns has been issued..so that pending returns can be filed without late fees...

No Notification is issued still

Pending Return depend on Notification Whether first Payment than refund

Return filled without payment of Late fees

yes notification has been issued.
refer notification 75 and 76 of cgst dated 31st december.
