Waive off late fees
sir we had not filed return due to this our gst no is cancelled by department. we applied against it and department re-open it after 10 month I just want to ask how penalty waived off as delay is from department side and not from me.

I don't think you can waive your late fee from Department , so only way out to file a suit/case in court
