till we paid late fee. it has been wiaved. interest was not taking till now.

I have only submitted my gstr 3 B for September on October 24 but unable to file it without late fees till todat

day before yesterday announcement came it will take time 2-3 days for being active. as we all know GST portal is always late

@ Dear Sonali Kapoor.,

First of you ll see the "Late Fee" any amount in the Colum. Then you must pay then only you can file your return...

In case the Columns are empty then no need to pay. Just file Your GSTR 3B return Simply...

I will get the refund only after filing it with laye fees, if it is waived then what is the need of paying it?, Why i can't file it without late fees

IN CASE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED THE GSTR 3B AND LATE FEE IS SHOWING UP IN LATE FEE COLOUMN YOU HAVE TO PAY IT AND THEN ONLY IT WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR CASH LEDGER.

IN CASE YOU HAVEN'T SUBMITTED THE RETURN YOU CAN NOW AND NO LATE FEE WILL SHOW UP IN "PAYMENT OF TAX" SLAB AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FILE WITHOUT PAYING UP.
