he has done numerous things without any base. Steps are needed but not only by making rules and publicity.

Ya...Even i support u guys......Mr. Uttam Prakash Agarwal has done nothing for students.M desperately waiting for elections so that either Mr. Ved Jain or Mr. Sunil Talati takes over their work back & do somethng g8 4 students.......
