can a pvt ltd co. pay wages>20000 in cash to different people in one day?

yes, it can be paid to different persons in a single day.........
Sec. 40A(3) i.e. disallowance of revenue expenditure will be attracted only if payment had been made in a single day that is also to a single person above Rs. 20000/- in a way other than Account Payee Cheque/Draft............
