Ok...I opted for vsv scheme received form 3 , in my case penalty and interest is waived if opted for vsv. But I received faceless Show cause notice for penalty and they are asking for form 5 of vsv to finalise penalty proceedings. kindly suggest how should I reply to penalty SCN.
