Voidable contracts are those which have the legal entity while the void agreement are tainted with illegality meaning thereby having no place in the eye of law and making no contract at all.

Dear for your  kind information the contract cannot be the illegal nonetheless there is the concept of illegal agreement but it is ab initio because void at its inception making no contract at all.
