For OR --- V.K. Kapoor is a very good book along with Study Material. You may go for it.

dear ankur
as far as the OR in cost management is concerned it is better u studythe matereials and the compilations fully, i feel it is more than enough for scoring good marks, the more you work out the problems you will be able to solve the problems quickly, so do the same problems again and again
