Hi Sir,
Visa Fee is exempted when we get through consulate or from statutory authorities, however when we does it through agent, will GST impact on VISA + Service charge of Agent or Service charge of Agent alone?

If a agent has gst registration, he may charge gst on his services provided to customer.

Yes , agent will definitely charge GST for his services If he is registered

As per section 24(viii) of the CGST ACT 2017,
mandatory registeration is required for an agent, so he need to charge GST , since it is supply of service and not exempted as per N.NO 12/2017 Central tax

Thank you for all your reply.
If VISA process done by agent only service charge of him alone to be subject to GST, VISA fee is exempt.
