ya actuly,
now a days as Annual filling work is going on & due to this reason there is heavy load on the site and they are also updating the documents on the view public document. may be this is the cause for their regretion.
Yes, this is the only reason, to reduce the load on the site and to avoid the system congestion this step has been taken. This facility will be available from tomorrow.
