Veterinary doctor is opt sec 44ad and file ITR 4 or not.

Assessee practice as a veterinary doctor but he not fall under authorised practitioner category. He have only basic veterinary certificate .
whether the assessee can opt sec 44ad and file ITR 4 or not.


Please guide to me on this issue .
