Could you please tell me Whether united national organization ( UNO) is an Non-Gov. Organisations( NGO) (OR ) Govt . Organization .

UNO is Not a Government or Non-government body because it has no any specific country governs or controls its management.......

But it is body corporate which has members of different country....

Any Income arising through it in not taxable in the hands of any assessee

UNO is a world organization. It is not country specific so it makes it a non government organization
