But this is not a royalty payment,Its voluntary payment for taking membership of Microsoft as our company is software company

Yes but it is to considered under royalty payments in case of payments it foreign parties. I dont remember section but it should be 195 or something.

ok to microsoft india, a company registered in india. Than dont deduct any TDS. I think so
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
