Dear Friends,
Please Solve my query as early as possible.
I applied for PAN and now my PAN HAS allotted one month ago and I have also filed my Nil IT Return for the A.Y. 10-11.
Now I just want to know that can I also file my Nil IT Return for the A.Y. 08-09 & 09-10 or please also tell me if it attracts any pentalty.

You can file A.Y. 2008-2009 return Online only
for A.Y.2009-2010 Paper return (as well as Online)
no levied or penality there, coz your income is less than Tex Limit.

Quote your PAN no. in your return of A.Y. 2008-09 (which can be filled online only)
also without PAN no. you cant file the return,
and you can file last year return with newly PAN no. there is no problem in this.
