We are filled TDS Form 26Q. We are doing cargo service and deduct TDS on contract. One of our party not coming TDS but showed in Form 26Q. wrongly deduct TDS and issued TDS certificate Form 16A to them. How can I cancel it. Pls Help me its urgent.

This was not a problem, the party can utilise this TDS amount in his IT Return & also possible to get refund if his income was within the taxable limit. otherwise you can revise the return by replacing the pan no with anybody who comes under TDS category.
sir u can revise the return or the party can get the refund on the deduction of tds
u can revise the return by actual party name n the party can get the refund by filling his itr
