I have got exemption in May-2010 in Advanced Accounts, now i had got 63 marks in Corporate law in may 2011 exams , my question is can i avail exemption in both the papers

sure dear, you can claim exemption in both the papers........
no u can't avail exemption u got in this may 11 attempt.
As exemption will be given only if u give all the exams but in may 11 u hadn't given the exam of which u got exemption in may 10.
