Very urgent help please

. .Helo friend, as per new rule, graduate can directly enter in ipcc and start direct articleship, my question is that . . If a student who already passed cpt and also graduate, can they start articleship also as per new rule ? And if not then can we take fresh admission as per graduate degree for start articleship ? Please solve my query friends.
