i am ca-final student taking training from haryana but i am not satistfied with office discipline it is very loose whethr it is possile for me to take transfer i n delhi & also suggest me reputated firms in delhi providig ca- article ship i have passed my ca-pcc with 68.9% marks (single -2 group)

Transfer to another city is possible only if ur father is transferring in that particular city for his official transfer.... THIS IS CURRENT SCENARIO...
With the new president, it is expected that transfer rules will becom liberal, so wait for new ammendment

If your current CA doesn't have any problem, you can work somewhere else on secondment basis.
