15 January 2010If a company has outsourced some employees and the employees are provided by an agency ?
What is the TDS AMOUNT TO be deducted when the payment is made to agency in turn agency makes the payment to the employees which are pvoided by them? will it be 194j or 194c
Do justify the above with case law.
