Its gud if u mention main section in ur answer paper ..atleast nt the subsection but main category and remember it nt necessary the same way to answer hw its given in practice manual ..its again ur way n ur presentation skills to clear the same.write it clearly covering all section points and conclusion of urs.even if u quote main sections marks will b alloted .

in munish bhandari book itself list is given of all past attempt basis... so u can prepare according to that dear

if u need previous examination marks analysis then u can find on Practice manual first few pages....all details upt to last examination is given there u can better plan...

Hi, considering the time left for the exams , i feel that doing these 2 books wud suffice

1) Munish Bhandari Handbook

2) Latest PRACTICE MANUAL (either 2013 edition or 2014 edition)

I feel that will be more than sufficient for scoring ATLEAST 55+ ( If u study both the above books thouroughly without leaving anything for 'Option' , then u may even score Exemption)

And Quoting of Sections is not mandatory

As per my knowledge they dont deduct marks if u dont write the Section No.s .

However do try to remember the following important sections and its provisions

S.284 (Removal of Dir.),

S.285,286,287,288,289 (Board Meetings Ch.)

S.295,297,299,300 (Interested Dir.s)

& 372A (Inter Corp Loans)

All the Best
