SEBI (ICDR) REGULATION 2009 is not applicable for May2010 attempt...

then what about the guidleness like-bonus issue,green shoe option,book building process,etc..please do help me so that i can study accprdingly i have a handbook of munish bhandari that i am refering what extra guidelines apart from this shall be read to coverup fully with this subject...kindly help

 SEBI GUIDELINES(neither ICDR as per the notification nor DIP as they are scrapped/rescinded) NOT APPLICABLE FOR MAY....ONLY SEBI "ACT"....THE PROCEDURAL PART which is given in like 4 pages in Handbook is applicable for May 2010 examination.

so is only sebi act applicable...... so previous one... guidlines are also not applicable for may.,2010... plz confirm....

Yes Maria...No SEBI "GUIDELINES"...neither DIP(as they are rescinded) nor ICDR....only SEBI "Act "is applicable...u can confirm this with the concerned ICAI official whose number is given above in this forum post.

Yes its true and the announcement for the same is already made. In case u need to confirm check the latest newsletter where applicability for CA final Law paper is clearly mentioned..
