Very hurt.... how to proceed

Dear Friends,

Please guide me...

i am very hurt because of the tight schedule which i have in Office. Wit that i have to prepare for my CA Nov'13 Exam. This attempt is my final Attempt.

Don't know how to start, how to focus.. how to manage time?....

But to pass that atleast one group...

further, many of my friends who studied with me cleared already. many of my juniors who trained with me also got cleared.

I am very disturbed...... don't know how ot proceed further...

Take a break from ur job..believe in ur self...prepare timetable for ur study...plz don't compare ur efforts with others.....

suraj... thanks for your immediate response.

However, few points to share..

1. i can't take a break for many reason. one prominent reason is Personal financial problems.

2. then, i am now more than 26 years. so, i need to atleast make a living or to get a sure income...

Further, thanks brother... i will take your words saying,,,, "don't see others"....

hey just blv in urself and hv faith in god,once again just pull up ur socks to achieve those two magical letters,just dont think abt pass or fail,dont think hw many tyms u failed,just make it ultimate goal of ur life as of now,just make sure there is quality in studying and not only quantity,apply ur brain and logic just dont cram up the things,dont just study to clear exams ,study to get knowledge,just apply logic how things r going and congrats u r CA in nov13.................................all d very best.....................

Hey Sivasia be praticle yaar. instead of preparing both groups you should prepare for group-1 of CA final only because preparation & revison of both group is not possible for because u r doing job & have not suffcient time to study & revise all the 8 subjects. so it is my advice to u to concentarte on group-1 because it is easy as compare to group-2. and follow this method for study :

monday morning : 5 to 8 am Financial reporting

Monday evening : 7pm to 10 pm : SFM

Tuesday : 5 to 8 am Corporate & allied law

Tuesday : 7 pm to 10pm Auidting

then same routine on FR & SFM on wednesday

then same routine of Law & Audit on Thursday

and so on...

and every sunday there should be a revison of all subject that u studied in week. because revison is must before exam.

and dont forget to solve study material questions, Practise manual questions & RTP & Mock test paper of the ICAI for all the 4 subject for Group-1.

and for Law u may refer munish bhandari & for Audit u may refer Surbhi bansal & For SFM & FR u may refer JB Gupta and MP Vijay kumar for FR.

and be punctual in your studies & work hard to acheive your aim of CA.

Thanks Ravikumar... your words are really making inspiration and refreshing me.... Especially, your plan is new one and innovative one which i have never thought of... Thanks so much ravi.. i will try to plan accordingly. as only 3 months hardly there....

As everyone said, concentrate on single group particularly Group - I, Since you have already scored 175 + in that group.

It will be difficult to take break from your job since you are a family man and need to support them financially.

You need to change the approach of studying, it should be exam oriented strictly.

Analyse the past trends of examination pattern, and prepare accordingly.

use of practice manuals, RTP, suggested answers are highly recommended.

Aim to get atleast 60+ in two subjects, then it will be easy to clear the group.

@ Sivasiva bro calculate the hours u can allocate for studing everyday...write down each hour...i mean while travelling in train or in bus..when u done with this..plan for 2 or more than 2 subject a day..dnt just start with sums..try to revise concepts on each topic again nd again..it will better to write down things/conditions which u have realised ..revise ur plan every week shuffle subjects..

and one more thing.... WHICH IS THE BETTER TIME IN MY CASE TO PREPARE FOR..... night time after work or in the early hours or a combination....

Dear Sivasia i have design a study strategy for you.. i hope you will like it..

Monday 5 AM to 8 AM : Law or Audit

Monday 7 PM to 11 PM Accounts or SFM

Tuesday 5 AM to 8 AM : Law or Audit

Tuesday 7 PM to 11 PM Accounts or SFM

follow same schedules till saturday.. then on Sunday revise all the 4 above subject that you have studied last week...& don't forget to solve Study material questions + Practise manual question + RTP + Mock Test conducted by ICAI.. and be focus on your presentation in your exams....and you may take the help of StudentLms.icai.org when for revising the theory or practicle subject...

and remember you have to study minimum 2 subjects per day...& you have to study morning and evening both the times.. theory subject at morning time..because that time mind and body is fresh + what ever you read u will easily grasap it.. specially theroy...& at evening time Accounts or SFM & be regular and puntual...
