Write an E-mail on the mail id provided by institute for this purpose on examination portal stating your name, roll no, registration no, subjects opted for verification, date of applying, attach the payment proof(if you have) and write that you haven't received the result till date. please let you know the status. They will reply you within 2-3 days for sure. Don't worry.
