how to verify turnover of hospital ( partnership firm) where GST and tax Audit is not applicable and all receipts are in cash.

Taxable + Exempted
Aggregate Turnover as per section 2(6) includes both Exempted + taxable turnover .
Hence to compute your Aggregate turnover need to include both taxable & Exempted turnover
