Hi,
As per my opinion ICAI never allows the re-valuation of answer sheets. As per earlier ICAI notifies re-totaling of answer sheets and the fee for re-totaling of answer sheets got revised as Rs.100/- per paper and a maximum of Rs.400/- effective from may 2008 declaration of results.
PROCEDURE
Write an application by hand giving detail w.r.t. your Roll Number, Attempted Group, papers desired to be revalued and attach the required fees by way of postal order favour of Secretary, ICAI. Result will be out in max of 30 days. Chances are low but you can’t say.
Best of luck

hello sir, i hv listen a case about .c.a. finalist, who expect to get rank in final exam and he was failed. After that he appealed to delhi high court to check his answer sheets and decision is in favour of that student, and result was revised.
I want to know, Is that correct ? Is it possible ? Or Have any provision to check my answer sheet under the provisions of "Right to Information Act".

Dear Sir,
This is my 3rd attempt.... I have already cleared 1st group & i scored 214... This time i took up the 2nd group and was short of target by 6 marks..... I am anyway applying for re-totalling.. however i personnaly feel that there is no chance of counting errors... is there any remote chance that instute might verify my paper.????.. My MICS paper where i expected an exemption let me down....
My dream of becoming a CA was very near but yet so far.... Now that i have not been in touch of studying from the date of exam till results(2 months) it is really very hard to rebuild my speed and i feel i might not be able to hit the target... as thought i would do so this time.....
I expected that i would Just pass in my IDT i got 54.... & i thought I would fetch 60 in DT & MICS both landed up in 40s...I am also not able to see and understand my mistakes... the institute does not have any provision to see & review my answer papers..... again i am going to study but how do i rectify my mistakes.... i dont know what my mistakes are..... totally puzzled.....
