Verification doubt

There is no change in my marks as per review, but the thing is dat in my review letter it is written no change in result whereas in my friends letter it has been written "there is no totaling error etc.. why dis difference.......?? I ve also applied for certified copy ve not recieved yet its more than 2 months now....
