Go to the website https://icaiexam.icai.org/inspection/index.php?p=aWNhaTEyMzQ= detailed procedure is given. You can ask for totalling of your marks, the fees are Rs.100 per paper or you can go for inspection of papers at Noida or scanned copies of your answer paper will be sent by mail.
They are asking for a declaration. Please note that this declaration form has to be down loaded and filled. The purpose of filling is to get an affirmation from you that you will not make it public and use for your own purpose and also to cross check with your handwriting in the answer sheets.
If there is any mistake in totalling or carryforwarding to the first page ir will be corrected.Similarly if there is any answer which has been omitted to be valued it will be valued.Any such discrepancy they will correct it or you can bring to their notice. As a consequence if you get higher marks and clear then even the fees for verification/scanned copy will be refunded. There will not be any change in the marksheet if you have less marks in the answer sheet. For example if you are awarded 58 in your marksheet and the total in your answer paper is 56,then there will not be any change in your marksheet.
Once you apply you cannot apply again for the same attempt. So decide in advance and fill the form.If you are applying for photo copy for 1 paper alone you may get the copy within 10 days for all the papers some students have got them even 10 days before their exam.
The benefit is you can know how you have written the paper, how they value and in case there is human error in your favour and as a result of that you clear only, then marks will be awarded and refund made.THERE IS NO PROVISION FOR REVALUATION AND YOU CANNOT QUESTION THE MARKS AWARDED.
