You didn't mention whether it is related to your direct purchase cost or any kind of distribution cost. If your company pays Vehicle Weighment charges on regular basis, i.e. you are some kind of supplier and pay it on regular basis, you can create a separate head named "Vehicle Weighment Charges" under Indirecct Expenses, or if it occurs by chance you can book it under "General & Misc. Expenses". You can also book it under transportation charges.

Ms Sowmya,
In this case, it would be better to create a separate expenses head named "Veh. Weighment Exp" under Indirect Expenses alongwith other selling and distribution expenses.
