I need the procedure for registration for VAT & CST in Kolkatta, West Bengal. I have to register for my new Private Limited company. please help. urgently

Dematerialised Registration Certificate has been introduced from 01.08.2011.

in case of voluntary registration the assignment of registration number and issue of certificate of registration should be made only upon payment of an amount as compulsory minimum security.
