can Anyone tell me when the TDS on WCT is deducted and remittance to Govt. with reference of section in Maharashtra

TDS on WCT can be deducted when the amount of the sale consideration exceeds Rs.5,00,000 .
Rate of TDS : 2% for registered dealer
Rate of TDS : 4% for URD
