27 December 2010Whenever a Bill is raised for any sale made it will have different products sold which are leviable at different rates. If we raise One Tax Invoice for these two products without mentioning the Tax Rates / Tax Amount separately for each of these products and put a consolidated amount. What issues can come up ?

1) your return will get defective, coz at return stage u have to divide the diff tax rated sales values and tax involved in it.
2) if not cleared upto return stage then the whole sales may get taxed at higher tax rate.
