Vat & service tax on warranty

Hi,

I Would like to know whether Vat will be Applicable on Warranty provided to customer and also service tax will be applicable?

are u charging amount... if not then service which dont have any value cant b taxed

Yes it is been charged separately.

if u had charged then obviously vat and service tax will b there...
