on of my client paid security deposit of 25000/- while registration of vat application
as per rule we have to claim refund after 36 months
but now we are in gst regime
pls advice me can file refund application now or wait for 36 months to complete
if can claim now, pls advice which r the documents required and procedure
Better to contact Your Circle Officer who is under Commercial Tax Department.
They will give details about the refund claim.
