I am dealer registered with CST in state of uttar pradesh. If i purchase goods from one dealer in delhi and sold to other dealer in kerala without bringing goods to uttar pradesh than what are the rules.
I am dealer registered with CST in state of uttar pradesh. If i purchase goods from one dealer in delhi and sold to other dealer in kerala without bringing goods to uttar pradesh than what are the rules.
It is should be even sales.Delhi will be original supplier, Kerala will be the buyer. Delhi supplier should raise bill on you as buyer and kearala supplier as consignee. You should bill again to kearala buyer.
