YOu can revise the VAT return with in 6 months from the end of the month to which return relates. So nothing to worry you can file revise return. Separate form is available for revise return in the commercial tax website. So download and fill it and send the same to the CTO. But be carefull revised return can not be revised again as we done in incometax.
