Can somebody help me in Step by Step procedure of Vat Registration in Delhi and getting of TIN No.

The procedure is as follows:- a)Fill in form no DVAT-04 alongwith all annexures. b) Submit the following documents:- i)Copy of partnershipdeed if it is a partnership firm. ii) ID proof of all the partners (Copy of Voter I Card, Driving License or Passport) iii) Proof of place of business(Ownership proof in the name of the applicant or if the owner is any other person then NOC from the owner) iv) Photographs of all the partners. v) Surety bond of Rs.1,00,000/- by any dealer who is registered under DVAT.Surety bond shuold be attested by notary public. vi) Stamp papers of Rs.500/-. vii) Copy of PAN Cards of all the partners. Submit all these papers at the centralised registration cell on the first floor of Bikri Kar Bhawn. After verification you will get TIN no. within two weeks. Su

i request you to please tell me the exactly as to how to execute (Surety bond of Rs.1,00,000/- by any dealer who is registered under DVAT), regards how this surety bond is to be prepared whether on stamp papers or on letterhead of the existing dealer please help me out in this.
