Propriter business is getting converted in to partnership firm...whether new vat no. has to be taken?

As per TNVAT it is not possible to continue the same TIN under proprietor business. Whenever there is change in constitution you have to obtain new TIN

You will have take fresh registration.

But better to take a new registration no: as it solves many a future problems.
