Agree with CA Nitin
for VAT Refund you have to show your Sales Register and Vat/CST Challan if TAX paid and Also Purchase Register along with Self Attested Copy of All Purchase and sales bill, copy of VAT Returns
and fill the relevent form for VAT Refund applicable as per your State
