Can you tell me what is the procedure to file a application for

getting VAT refund for the F.Y. 2008-09. What are the various

documents and forms required? Also where is the application

submitted? Is it online?

Dear Sir,

First you would hav to Showed refund amount in annual return vat form and monthly return vat form. Then you apply to vat refund with supporting document like purchasing details, tin no, asseble value, vat input amount, you make one chart, and make chart vat paid and carried form refund amont...
